Miserable F*cks Retreat — Terms & Conditions
1. Registration & Payment

Your spot at the retreat is secured once full payment is received or first payment of the payment option is paid.

All prices are listed in USD and include access to all scheduled retreat activities, accommodations, and group sessions unless otherwise specified on the registration page.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that life happens. Please review our refund policy carefully:

Full Refund:
Cancel on or before October 1, 2025, to receive a 100% refund of your payment.

Partial Refund:
For cancellations after October 1, 2025, you will receive a 50% refund.

Or

Credit Option:
If you cancel after October 1, 2025, you may choose to receive full credit instead of a partial refund. This credit can be applied to any of John Kim’s products, services, or future retreats.

No-Show Policy:
If you do not attend the retreat and fail to cancel in advance, no refund will be issued. However, you may still request full credit to use toward other offerings.

3. Transfers

You may transfer your spot to another participant up to 14 days before the retreat begins. Please email us at support@theangrytherapist.com

4. Assumption of Risk

By registering, you acknowledge that:

You are responsible for your personal health, safety, and well-being during the retreat. The Angry Therapist Inc is not liable for any participation in physical, emotional, or experiential activities is voluntary, and you assume all associated risks.

5. Media Release & Confidentiality

During the retreat, we may capture b-roll footage (general scenic shots, group activities without focus on any single participant) for promotional purposes.

No personal voice recordings will ever be used.

Group processes, coaching sessions, and any personal sharing spaces will not be recorded in any format — video, audio, or otherwise. These sessions are designed to be safe, private, and fully confidential.

6. Agreement

By completing your registration, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.

Not Included:
Personal Outings

Any trips or excursions not part of the official retreat schedule are at your own expense, including transportation.

Alcoholic Beverages

Unless specified, alcoholic drinks are not included.

Travel to the Retreat Venue

Flights and transportation to the retreat location are not included unless otherwise stated.
